SAMCOS- T Nig Ltd is a wholly indigenous Nigeria Construction/ Consultancy company offering integrated construction services. Established over four decade ago as (S.A Muoma & Co) with the sole aim of offering engineering services to people witin its domain. The Company earned the confidence of its original client especially the old Anambra State Government in the Construction of Kenyatta Market stalls, Onoh quarters estate, New Market Stalls etc all in Enugu. These value-oriented services created the platform for the positive transformation of the Company.

At the twilight of its parent Company, SAMCOS-T Nig. Ltd was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in 2009 with renewed branding and management led by Sir Tochuhvu Muoma. Since then the Company has deployed progressive Construction methods to ensure that innovation and quality are prioritized for the benefit of its clients. It has also increased the location and scope of its services especially in the post-Construction phases. This has ensured that the Company responds positively to the after- service needs of its clients across the nation. We are gradually building a brand that is unmistakably recognized for quality and reliability in our society

FINANCE

The Company has a transparent financial policy in carrying out projects. Whether contract financing or general supervisory works, the Company in partnership with its bankers has the financial capacity to deliver up to 10% of its work before mobilization. By so doing, we have built an excellent reputation in project financing. We can even go higher than the above stated sum depending on the client's status.
